Product description

The big-bellied vacuum feeder is a device that conveys materials by means of vacuum suction. Its main body is usually a cylindrical tank, and its "big-bellied" structural design enables it to have a large capacity for material storage and conveying. During operation, a negative pressure environment is created through a vacuum pump to draw materials into the tank from the feeding port. Once the set material level height is reached, the control system automatically switches and uses air pressure to transport the materials from the discharging port to the designated position. The entire process can be automated and has the advantages of high conveying efficiency, good sealing performance, and prevention of material moisture and contamination. It is widely applied in the conveying and feeding processes of powder and granular materials in industries such as chemical engineering, food, pharmaceuticals, and plastics.

 

Working principle

The Dadu vacuum feeder operates based on the principle of vacuum negative pressure and air pressure difference. After startup, the vacuum pump creates negative pressure in the tank. The external atmospheric pressure sucks the material in from the feeding port. The air and material are separated by the filter element. When the material level sensor detects the set height, the pump stops to maintain pressure. Subsequently, compressed air is introduced to convert the tank to positive pressure. Under the push of air pressure, the materials are conveyed from the discharge port to the target position. After the conveying is completed, the residue can be cleared by reverse blowing. Through the PLC control system, the automatic suction, storage and feeding of materials are realized in a cycle. It has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving, good sealing performance and anti-pollution, and is widely used in the feeding of powder and granular materials in the food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries.
